Are all employees the same?

No. Federal employees and federal job applicants must file a complaint with within 45 days with the agency EEO officer. For certain issues state employees must file a complaint within 90 days. Private employees must file a complaint within 180-300 days depending on your state

What types of relief can I hope for if I win a settlement?

Money. Clearing of your work record. Withdrawal of charges against the employee. Basically anything that the parties can agree upon.

How much does it cost to retain CMH Services to represent me?

Each case is different, but in most cases we charge an affordable, low, flat rate retainer with no further payments necessary unless we are successful in getting you a settlement. (Federal cases work differently, call for details).
